Before You Apply

Before applying: application fee is $250 (with $200 credited towards move-in if approved). Applicants must demonstrate gross monthly income of at least 3x rent and pass credit, criminal, and rental history screening. Units are lofted with shared bathrooms (except unit 208). There is no elevator and units are not ADA accessible.
